How does Laredo soil change a pool build?
A lot of lots here sit over caliche, a hard limestone layer that needs different equipment and more time than ordinary soil. It also affects how the shell is supported. That has to be in the excavation plan before digging starts, not discovered halfway through.
Why does the plumbing get pressure tested twice?
Because once the deck is poured, a leaking line means breaking concrete to reach it. Testing while the trenches are still open is the cheapest insurance on the whole job.
Is the equipment part of the build?
Yes. Pump, filter, heater and any automation are sized to the pool, plumbed in and started up as the last step of every build, not left for you to sort out separately.
